Resolve General Construction is a multifamily general contractor working across the Seattle metro area. We build apartments, townhomes and mixed-use projects — and we get involved early enough to change how they turn out.
Proactive by design
Most of what goes wrong on a construction project is decided before anyone breaks ground: in the details that never got resolved, the budget that was never really tested, the schedule nobody pressure-checked. Being proactive means doing that work up front, when it is still cheap to fix.

Experience behind the company
Before founding Resolve, Ryan Stoller managed 12 large multifamily buildings in Seattle and West Seattle — 1,382 units of apartments and mixed-use construction, delivered at previous firms.
Our team also brings experience in assisted living and medical facilities.
