Brad is a carpenter by trade. He came up through a formal apprenticeship and five years as a craftsperson doing layout, framing, drywall, and finish work, before moving into field leadership as a foreman supervising health and life science projects for a national general contractor.
With over eleven years in commercial construction, he has run field operations, coordinated subcontractors and suppliers, kept project schedules on track, and held the line on safety and quality standards. He reads the blueprints, knows the sequence, and has swung the hammer himself — which is exactly what you want walking your job every day.
