Devie Potestas

Devie is a licensed architect with over ten years in commercial and residential design — and the practical side that gets designs built. She came up through a full-service design and architecture firm from apprentice to junior project architect and team leader, then senior architect, supervisor, and project manager, finishing as operations manager. She has also run her own architectural design practice and served as a project manager and QA/QC lead.

Her specialty is the machinery around the drawings: construction supervision, cost estimation, cross-border material sourcing and procurement, global vendor and supplier management, freight and logistics, and the client communication, documentation, and reporting that keep a project moving from concept to completion.
