Frincess Fermendoza

Frincess is a licensed architect who has worked every side of a construction project: drafting and site coordination as an apprentice, quality control inspections on the developer’s side, running an architectural department as a senior architect and operations manager, and leading an interior fit-out division as a project manager and construction operations group head — delivering projects across resorts, hotels, commercial developments, government institutions, and high-end private residences.

Her specialty is the machinery that keeps a project moving: bills of quantities, cost estimates and client-ready documentation, contract review, procurement and supplier coordination (including international sourcing), and document control. She has managed the full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning to final turnover.
