Harshitha came to construction through design. A registered architect, she managed planning and coordination for multiple school construction projects in India from design through construction before crossing over to the builder’s side of the table.

She earned her MS in Construction Management at the University of Washington, where she was a teaching assistant for Preconstruction Techniques and Introduction to the Construction Industry. On the job, she has supported healthcare, tenant improvement, and commercial projects up to $32M in design-build delivery — quantity takeoffs, estimating and buyout support, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement coordination, and QA/QC walks.

Fluent in both the design and construction languages of a project — Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM — she bridges the gap between the drawings and the field.
