James Bauermeister

James worked on everything from masonry work, hardscaping/landscaping, painting, carpentry and siding before joining the Resolve team as a Site Superintendent on our first townhome project.

That range shows in how he runs a site. From scheduling, site logistics, operating site equipment, plan review, inspections, and quality control, his focus on subcontractor coordination keeps every trade pointed in the same direction and the project moving forward. Site safety comes first every day: safety orientations, daily site walks, and site-specific safety plans that stay current as the job changes.
