Norie Joy Bagayna

Norie is a Certified Public Accountant with more than fifteen years of accounting and finance experience. She spent over a decade with a global fresh-produce company, rising from accountant to senior accounting supervisor, then to assistant manager and team leader in financial planning and analysis for the Asia-Pacific region — building the budgets, forecasts, and financial reports that senior leadership ran the business on.

Along the way she has prepared financial statements for internal and external reporting, kept general ledgers accurate, managed fixed assets, payables, and receivables, fielded internal and external audits, and monitored construction-in- progress costs. She is an Oracle accounting-system superuser and built financial models and dashboards in Planful.
