Multifamily · Mixed-use

Ryan has spent more than twenty years in construction, most of it managing mixed-use multifamily projects in Seattle. A graduate of the University of Washington’s Construction Management program with a Bachelor of Science degree, he specializes in preconstruction and estimating, with a track record of solving problems before they become problems — the discipline the company is named for.

Before founding Resolve, he delivered large multifamily buildings across Seattle and West Seattle — 1,382 units of apartment and mixed-use construction at Seattle general contractors, from a 24-unit renovation to a 269-unit tower.

His resume also spans ten years on the owner’s side of the table: thirteen Seattle developments, more than 1,300 units and roughly $340 million in construction budgets, carried from predevelopment and entitlement through construction administration — including a Passive House project and a historic renovation. He knows how developers plan, budget, and decide, because that was his job.

That is the experience Resolve is built on. Ryan enjoys building a proactive working environment with every project team, thrives on the details, and works side by side with every team member — proactive by design.
