Steve Moore

Steve came to field leadership through the trades. As a carpenter he supervised crews on seismic retrofit projects, ran residential jobs as site lead, and worked structural framing, concrete forming, demolition, and steel installation.

He advanced from hands-on fieldwork into a supervisory role in 2022, and now leads daily field operations from mobilization through closeout: coordinating subcontractors and self-performed work, enforcing site-specific safety plans with daily walks and toolbox talks, building look-ahead schedules that keep tasks sequenced and delays off the job, and overseeing quality control, punch lists, and final inspections through turnover.
