Tyler Hall

Tyler came up hands-on: he ran his own landscaping and hardscape operation for three years, building retaining walls, walkways, and drainage systems in brick and stone — and handling everything around the work too, from estimates and scheduling through invoicing and client communication.

He then moved into commercial field leadership on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the country, where he was promoted from traveling installer to superintendent within a single project cycle. There he coordinated general contractors, managed RFIs and change orders, sequenced material deliveries, tracked progress in Procore and PlanGrid, and helped keep a schedule-driven job running six weeks ahead — with a constant on-site presence enforcing safety standards in real time.
